Our Pastor - District Elder Ricky A. Wise, Sr.

Elder Ricky A. Wise Sr., an Alabama native and 22 year veteran of the United States Army, was baptized in the name of JESUS on December 30, 1977 in Fischbach, Germany. After diligently seeking the Lord, Elder Wise was filled with the Precious Gift of the Holy Ghost on February 4, 1978. Sister Deborah L. Wise, his wife of 38 years, was filled with the Holy Ghost one month prior on January 4, 1978. The Wises immediately began a work for the Lord, faithfully serving the church at any capacity requiring attention.
Elder Wise received his call to the Pastorate in 1979 when while serving as Assistant Pastor, the pastoral mantel was passed. Elder Wise served as pastor of House of Prayer #2 of Fischbach, Germany until 1981 when the Lord called he and his family to a different part of the vineyard. Elder Wise and family returned to Germany in 1986 where they labored until 1989.

Stateside, Elder and Sister Wise continued to diligently work for the Lord as Elder Wise served as Assistant Pastor for a number of years. It was during this time Elder Wise received ordination from Aenon Bible College as a member of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, as well as completed studies at Northeastern University (Boston, Mass.) and Saint Leo University (Saint Leo, Florida).
In 1998 Elder Wise once again received the call of the Lord to pastor his people, establishing House of Prayer #2 Apostolic Church of God on US soil in Marietta, Georgia.
Together, Elder and Sister Wise are a Dynamic Duo for the Lord who believe strongly in having Faith toward GOD. Our Pastor and First Lady fervently teach and preach the Power of Prayer and Fasting, the Functionality of Spiritual Gifts operating in the Holy Ghost, and Living a Holy, Sanctified life serving GOD which is our reasonable service.
